Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because many of our items are custom-made, personalized, or made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, unless there was an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or broken.

Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or there was a mistake made by us, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your name and order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged, broken, or incorrect item
  • A photo of the packaging, if applicable
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please make sure all names, dates, colors, photos, spelling, and design details are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

If a proof is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details before production begins. Once approved, the order cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when the mistake or damage was caused by our business. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow standard processing time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

No Returns for Customer Error

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect spelling or information provided by the customer
  • Wrong size, color, or quantity selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Event cancellation or date change
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Items damaged after delivery
