Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before they are shipped.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. During busy seasons, holidays, sales, or high-volume order periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to the shipping carrier, weather delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, please allow the full processing time for your order to be designed, created, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Please make sure all names, dates, colors, photos, sizes, and shipping information are correct before placing your order.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
If your item arrives damaged due to an issue on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
